Our fantastic trip has ended. We had an amazing time with our friends! These moments will live in our hearts, and we will never forget them: multiple hikes, great hills and mountains, endless fjörds, and infinite horizons.
Hours on the bus were paid back by something you might never see again. The weather was beautiful, and we were awarded for our patience.

What will that be? We will warm up our sauna trailer and invite everyone who wishes to attend. You can take your sausages if you wish; our grill will be ready.

We are happy to announce that Erasmus Student Network Lappeenranta ry will be renamed with the 31.03.2024 decision of the board meeting.
The new name is Lappeenrannan paras kilta ry. The branding “ESN Lappeenranta” will remain, as we are too lazy to change the graphic design during our Finnish Longest Wappu.

The Guild Olympics: Counter-Strike excitement for ESN begins this weekend. Group B is brimming with formidable teams, but we are prepared to battle to secure a top-two finish, advancing to the playoffs scheduled for the 11th of April at Kellari.
All of the ESN games will be streamed in English. Stay tuned for more updates.

ESN Lappeenranta will hold the Spring General Meeting on Friday, April 5th, 2024, from 16:00 to 20:00. The room is 7339.
Everyone is eligible to attend, and anyone with an ESN Lappeenranta membership is eligible to vote.
We’ll be discussing topics such as reviewing the previous board of 2023 and electing our Fresher Captain! If you’re running for Fresher Captain, please make sure to make a PowerPoint presentation that lasts about 5 minutes about why you would be a good candidate and send it to [email protected] before the meeting starts!

Wappu’s schedule is here! Feel free to go through the long list of events and see which ones you’ll like. Remember that opening and closing is pretty important.
Also, ESN Lappeenranta events during this year’s Wappu are Välikuolemasaunis which roughly means “halfway through and feeling like death saunis”, so halfway through Wappu on the 16.4 when you’re burnt out from all the events we’re having a chill sauna and cooking some food at the ESN sauna.
Also on the 27.4, we’re having a Skinnarila Cookout, in which Art is cooking some nice meats and veggies near LAB for everyone to enjoy before Finnhits later that day.
So yeah, come check out the events and if you get the Wappu pass card you can get a stamp from each event and get a special patch at the end 😎
